It is our desire to be a blessing to the Body of Christ by coming alongside pastors to build up and celebrate their congregation and helps ministries.
 

Each person that comes through the doors of any church is a potential harvest for the Lord. We believe that the workers the Lord uses in these fields are the helps ministers in a congregation. Ushers, greeters, children’s workers, youth workers, and every other supportive role position all work together to plow the ground so that the pastor can sow the seed into the people that come into the church. Consider the fact that most people who visit a church will encounter at least three supportive role ministers before they ever hear the first word from the pastor’s mouth. One supportive role minister greets the visitor. Another one helps them find a seat. While yet another one leads them into praise and worship. Any newcomer with children will encounter even more. These valuable members of your congregation have the opportunity to either till the ground or make it unreceptive to the seed the pastor will sow.

Brian and Cara are both graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center and have served in the ministry of helps for over 14 years. They have served both as volunteers and full time staff members with a broad range of duties: from leading usher and greeter teams, teaching small groups and membership classes, to being on staff as full-time Children’s ministers. These experiences have given them insight into the everyday duties of a healthy church. They have seen the operations of both small and large churches, and can bring a fresh perspective to help build your leadership team and congregation.

Brian and Cara are a tremendous couple with a great heart for ministry and people.
